I advise anyone considering hiring Atechome for wallpapering to steer clear, I would give zero stars if I could. It speaks volumes that the only other review is a 5 star review from the business owner. Atechome wallpapered two walls in our house last month. The pictures speak for themselves – examples attached. They did an incredibly poor job, there were torn corners, bubbles, chipped the ceiling paint, and they were unable to match the pattern – basic requirements of wallpapering. I told them I was unhappy when they were in the house, they did try to fix one strip by removing and replacing, however this did not solve the problem. They first blamed the wall, then the wallpaper, anything but themselves. I contacted them the next day, detailing the issues and requesting a refund as now I will have to have it both removed and replaced, which will cost me even more. They replied a week later (after a second email) saying they would call me the following week to discuss fixing it. I told them I was not interested in them fixing anything as they had been unable to do so on the day and clearly did not have the ability to do it correctly, that I wanted to go elsewhere. That was about three weeks ago and I have heard nothing since. I thought I might at least be offered a partial refund if not the full refund I requested. I have since checked with another wallpaperer and been advised that there is no reason why they shouldnt have been able to match the pattern. Consider yourself warned.
