Handyman To Your Rescue did a damp-proof and interior decorating job on a 1930s house for me recently. The walls of one downstairs room needed the installation of a damp-proof membrane over which plasterboard was put in order to solve a dampness problem. This company also put down a liquid damp-proof membrane on the floor of that room before fitting a floor covering. This company painted the ceilings and walls of that room as well as the other downstairs rooms. Both the ceilings and walls needed repairs and cleaning before painting. Finally this company removed and replaced floorboards in one upstairs bedroom due to dampness. Wood and wall fillers were used to repair floor, skirting boards and walls. When that was done, similar to downstairs, all upstairs ceilings and walls were painted. I would recommend Handyman To Your Rescue, headed by Gezim Ramja, very highly.

Gezim did a good job. He removed carpets and installed laminated flooring in four bedrooms. He was great at communicating, always responsive, which is not always the case when one does works in the house. No time wasting either! Gezim is an honest and considerate worker.
