Their knowledge and practical approach to solving issues that always arise with a 49 year old jeep was impressive. They were the second sandblasting company we had in to do the job, as the first were unable to do the job to a satisfactory standard and were full of reasons they couldnt, but RAYCO GROUP came and they could! Thanks again.

I ordered Vmesh panels from them on the 17th of January. When I ordered them I was told that everything was in stock and would be dispatched in the next few days. I had no correspondence again until I rang them the following week to see where was my order. I received a text asking what my eircode was the following day the 22nd of January. No delivery arrived so I text them on the 2nd of February and was told he would get back to me tomorrow with an exact date. No one got back to me with an exact date. The excuse I was given as to the delay was in my opinion not truthful but i have no evidence only my own intuition but the excuses did not add up. When a delivery finally did arrive on the 18th of February, it was not what i ordered. I ordered 5 sheets of 8foot Vmesh, 3 extra posts and 3 gates all to be dug in . What arrived was 5 sheets of 6foot Vmesh, 2 extra posts and 3 gates. The posts that arrived were the bolt down type and of no use to me. I rang them back immediately about the bolt down posts and the apologised and said theyd send out the correct posts that day. The new dig in posts arrived today, 6 of them. 6. They rang me 3 times on the day they were sending out the correct order to ask me how many and what colour. 3 times I told them and they still sent out the wrong order. This company has shown itself to be unable to complete the simplest of orders from the start and are even worse at rectifying their mistakes. I did not receive the service or correct goods that the hefty price tag should dictate you receive. I have exact records of everything I have mentioned above. I would advise people to avoid this company at all costs.
