Well rang Christine this morning to book someone to repair a radiator I explained that I would need one either Wednesday Thursday or Friday as I wouldnt be around any other day. She explained that if there was a person working in my area she would send him down to have a look. Couldnt guarantee a visit. Got the impression that my job wasnt big enough to warrant giving me an appointment. Not happy.

Very poor customer service. Been nearly a week chasing him. Our boiler is broke and he was getting a part. Instead he has just left us with no hot water and heating and wasted a week. I now have to go find another plumber.(and pay another call out charge). Avoid! Not a professional.

Robbie and his team just completed a total revamp / fit-out of our main bathroom. This included replacing all the sanitary ware and tiling thought out. They handled all aspects of the bathroom from start to finish. This type of work is so much easier when you are only dealing with one on contractor. Their workmanship is faultless and the whole service from start to finished was excellent and extremely professional. I would highly recommend Total Energy
