I highly recommend VIP Renovations for any work you need done. I first contacted Ivan after another builder dropped my project out of the blue at the last minute. Luckily no money had changed hands. Although I thought it was a disaster at the time it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. Ivan called to my house that day to discuss and in less than 24 hours he gave me a very detailed quote. Within 3 days of going through the finer details I committed to using his team at VIP Renovations without question. The communication throughout this project has been exceptional, I never had to ask for updates on anything as they were frequently provided to me. The team also helped with giving great advice on changing some of my original ideas to even better ones. Their attention to every little detail ensured everything was done to the absolute highest of standards, things I would never ever have thought of myself. I had full trust in this team to know better than me. Nothing was too much trouble for the guys, things I thought were possibly major problems were absolutely no issue for them all. They put my mind at ease each time I encountered something I thought was going to be a huge problem. The hours worked & the dedication to my garage conversion were so impressive. I had things unrelated to the project go wrong in my home and the guys helped out each time without hesitation. Their work ethic & professionalism is to be highly commended.
