AMAZING….Trevor has just completed external insulation wrap and bathrooms. (The showers were leaking after 20 yrs of use so we needed to upgrade). I am compelled to write a review as it is very rare to come across such an approachable, dedicated and thorough professional in any field. Trevor worked tirelessly to ensure that, not only were the major projects overseen in a perfectionistic way, but that the smaller (possibly annoying) snags were seen to and fixed to our complete satisfaction. Overall Trevor and his team did a good job. However, I m a little disappointed about after sales service as I requested Trevor call back to replace qualpex pipe feeding an external tap which started leaking after a cold snap in January. He did come back to tighten the fitting but I d like it replacing. I don t think Qualpex is suitable for outside. I also requested he come to affix house numbers but no response to this.

Trevor and his team at Wall2Wall have done an amazing job of converting our old bungalow from a D2 BER rating to a B1. An A rating would have been achieved if wed gone for a heat pump. The team were so easy to talk to, cracked on with the job and worked tirelessly over about a month where any obstacles they met were sorted, so nothing was too much trouble. Apart from the thermal cladding they added a more than generous amount of loft insulation, installed air vents, recovered our flat roofs with fibre glass, the list goes on. The team always cleared up after themselves every day, so we would throughly recommend them to anyone.
