I came across ABprint when I was looking for a sign for my new business. Such a great service. Super helpful and efficient. Definitely will be back.

Avoid this place for printing services. The poster I paid for was returned to me with smudged ink because staff rolled it up before the print had dried. On top of that, the font was not the one I provided. When I returned to address these issues, the staff spoke to me in a dismissive, condescending manner. When they reprinted it, the ink was then smudged in a different place on the poster and faded in other areas. I then contacted the manager about my experience and he mirrored the same unprofessional attitude and went as far as threatening to use the personal information on my poster to contact a person that was listed on my poster about my complaint. This would have violated GDPR if he actually followed through with his threat and is completely unacceptable from any business handling customer data. Only after losing his temper did he apologize, but the fact that such behavior occurred at all shows a total lack of accountability or professionalism.

This is just a great local business. They are an absolute pleasure to deal with. Complex printing jobs are done really fast with print outs perfectly organised and never mistakes. Friendly and helpful even when I pop in with tiny jobs where they varely charge me. I am grateful to have AB Print in Bray.
