Bought carpet few weeks ago. Carpet already frayed had parts of it re fitted by ambience The cut was rough with type of pile thats what happens and insulted by fitter than "we would assume you would know that " however when i brought it up that sales should of warned me of this " They wouldnt know as ita a new product" !!!. The owner did come look at carpet and he also 'mansplained" it to me. Once fitters came back he was clear he was insulted that i wasnt happy and let me know. I went to the shop the next door to tell them I was offended in my home by their fitters. I was told sorry but just type of lads they are basically. When I brought up to him the issue that he should of warned me the carpet would pull as I would of just bought a standard carpet he also was dismissive and couldn't believe this as he has never had this problem before but yet this is a new product.!! I have never complained like that before to any company but I was unhappy with the service and how I was treated. Now the carpet is down only a few weeks and already has pulls in it( we don't have much traffic on it). Only way to fix it is pull it up and put down a new one and pay them more money!!!. I would not recommend

Absolutely fantastic experience with Ambiance Interiors! If I could give them six stars, I would. I purchased my floors, carpet, shutters, roller blinds, and venetian blinds from their shop in Greystones, and from the moment I walked in, I felt supported and in safe hands. Allan and Darren are true professionals—knowledgeable, experienced, and genuinely thoughtful. They take the time to listen to what you want, offer expert guidance without being pushy, and do everything they can to bring your vision to life. Everything was delivered and installed either on time or ahead of schedule, which was such a relief during the often stressful process of building a new home. Their communication was excellent—I was always kept in the loop with progress updates, which gave me great peace of mind. What really stood out was their positive energy and attitude. It made all the difference. Allan and Darren went above and beyond, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for better service. Fantastic service. I’ve used ambiance several times over the years. They recently did my stairs and landing carpet and I love it. Alan helped me to choose and offered great interior advice. I also dealt with Darren and they are both a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them.

SO impressed by these guys, not only are they great craic and genuine, but the service the delivered was insane! I ended up going into labour early and the lads pushed to get the blinds delivered super fast so they’d be in for the baby coming home so not only was the service amazing but the blinds re also gorgeous!! All in all couldn’t recommend the lads enough!!

Darren was a pleasure to deal with from the minute we walked into the shop. We were very close going with a competitor but everything from how Darren listened to what we were looking for, gave us advice on what would actually work best for us and spent time looking at samples which meant we changed our mind on the spot based on dealing with him. The lads who fitted the wooden floor, carpet and blinds were all great to deal with. All on time and very clean and tidy and their work and attention to detail was top class. Nothing we asked was too much trouble. Would highly, highly recommend the team @ Ambiance!
