Add to this the friendly demeanor of the shop owners who will give you a discounted price at every step of your purchase. They also give you solid advice about your projects.

A family run business run by Tom and Bridget the staff have worked there for as long as I can remember which speaks volumes for for the family's loyalty. I saw a lady who wasn't sure what she was looking for and Jim was able to take a zoom call to decide what was needed.

Blackburn's are the most helpful,pleasant,can't do enough for you hardware. This business is well over 100years in business. Its a go for all what ever you need. Just the best you will come across anywhere.

This is one of those lovely old fashioned style shops but with modern day supplies. Most things that you would expect from a hardware store - nuts, bolts, nails, tools, lengths of timber and glass/mirror cut - you name it they seem to have it. Knowledgeable and friendly staff too.
