Be careful what you buy. I bought in Oranmore store grout that was supposed to be black. After it dried, it turned out that the color did not match the description at all. It came out silver gray. After the complaint, the case was forwarded to the manufacturer. BOSTIK was supposed to contact me to find a solution. That was 4 weeks ago. Since then I have been waiting for contact to finally finish the bathroom. This is not a comment about the store, the employees did everything they could to resolve my complaint and were very helpful, but be careful what you buy so that you are not disappointed later.

Having been in business for 25 years myself and looking to place a large amount of business with Bostick, it's rare I come across such unprofessional attitude in customer service. Accessed their customer service on 7th October 2022 and spoke with a lady who point blank refused to offer any information and then point blank refused refused to provide any details or information for any other individual or point of contact within the company who might be better able to field the enquiry. When I asked for her name, she hung up the phone and then refused to pick up when I redialled. I sincerely hope that management reads this review and takes appropriate action - that's an absolutely point zero behaviour from your customer facing staff and leaves a very bad impression of the way a business is conducting itself. Customer service means exactly that - offering your customers service, not hanging up the phone because it's too much effort to deal with an enquiry.
