Needed some DIY Stuff and found it all. Staff were very helpful and friendly as usual
Great big store but stock management is terrible. Most times I go there lately they are missing what I need but it would be a standard item, like having 40mm and 60mm screws but no 50mm etc
Made a wasted trip over last week to look for multiple items including tiles, splash backs, storage presses. Waited for ages for some help from staff who might as well have had a do not disturb sign up. 3 staff huddled together not one offer of help dispute me standing there in front of them. Literally turned heads away and continued chatting. I left and went to right price tiles and woodies instead. One star for the toolbox my husband got.
Convenient location and large selection. I especially liked their wood cutting service. I wouldn’t rely too much on staff though. I was waiting 15mins for the bathroom person who never appeared
The store itself is good. Customer service is shocking. Waiting at the till.this morning while the lady at the checkout talked to her friend for over 15 mins. Had to use self-service . Hand held scanner didn't work not ideal for bags of cement.
