Had a horrendous experience with b and q regarding my paint delivery . Waiting over 3 weeks for paint to be delivered . I was on to the customer service twice and it seems that they make up stories to get you off the phone . The first girl told me DPD were to deliver it yesterday no sign , then this morning the woman was utterly confused and just told me to go into Liffey valley and sort it out myself . Staff here need training. When I rang Liffey valley I was put through to Evan in the hub and I must say if it wasn’t for Evan this would be a 1 star review . He was so helpful and sorted my issue out straight away , and organised my items to be ready for collection within a hour . They were supposed to be delivered , but after the long wait I was happy to collect them . He rang me back and explained everything which happened with my delivery . Great customer service from Evan , did the rest I wish I could say more . Reluctant to buy form b&q again now after this mess
0/5 stars. Have been waiting a month from the scheduled delivery date for my online order to be delivered. Three days spent staying in waiting for the delivery and it hasn't arrived Their centralised call centre can't get in touch with the store, I can't get in touch with the store, emails ignored. I've spent a ridiculous amount of time on approx 10 phone calls trying to get all the items from my order. Their systems don't talk to each other and there is nil accountability, I always have to follow up from my end. Approaching farce. Massive waste of my time, plus the projects that I need the items for are now also delayed a month. On top of this the two heavy items I included in the order (main reason for going b&q and getting delivery) were cancelled with no option to substitute other items. Life is too short for this absolute nonsense.
The worst customer service experience I've ever experience in my life, they have good products tjat are reasonably priced but their online order and delivery service is a joke so I will never be using it again, I'm waiting on a delivery 7 weeks now, I've phoned and it's been "reissued" 3 times now and still nothing. I've spoken to a few nice very staff there who've genuinely tried to help but I feel sorry for them because this is the system they are working for, I can only imagine the amount of other angry customers who are phoning daily about their orders. The obligatory 1 star is for the nice staff I spoke to.
Shannon should maybe look after customers at the till before doing a staff purchase for Angie! Bad enough there was only 2 tills open, Shannon thought i had nothing better to do than stand there whole Angie looked up something on her phone! Shocking customer service!!!
Awful delivery, they did not call me before the delivery as I was told they were going to. No one was at home and they left everything just there without anyone signing for the delivery confirmation. Do not use the delivery, you better rent a van and collect it yourself. Also every single item was damaged!! They still owe me 410€ of a delivery that never arrived!! Have contacted them multiple times and no answer or solution to my problem!
