FAR BETTER STORE THAN... The Good, The Bad, And The Woodies Because the layout is better and staff aren't yapping on their headsets so are available to help immediately...all u get in Robber Woodies is "just a moment I'm talking with someone" Spend time with ur customers and they will spend with u. I dont know if it was deliberate or a simple mistake but i recall clearly saying "No, I do not want to donate to charity" yet later found they had added .50c as a charity donation...i had asked if they are also matching what i give and as i got no reply i didnt want to give...its only a small amount but at the end of the day that adds up if they do it all the time

I do not recommend online shopping at B&Q! I cancelled my washing machine order nearly 3 weeks ago, and I still haven’t received my refund. I’ve contacted customer service multiple times, but no one seems able to resolve the issue only empty promises and delays. To make matters worse, when I called the helpline few times , I could hear people laughing in the background, as if I had called a party, not a professional company. I felt completely disrespected and not taken seriously as a customer. I am reporting this case to the Consumer Protection Authority, because this kind of treatment is unacceptable. B&Q has completely lost my trust. 🚩

I want to leave a huge shout-out to Ailen at B&Q at Swords Branch. She is one of the most attentive, kind and approachable people I’ve ever met in customer service. Always willing to help, always with a smile, and always finding solutions in the most efficient way. If there’s a way to make the process more comfortable, whether it’s buying products, materials, or simply guiding you through. She does it without hesitation. Honestly, the whole team at B&Q are true professionals. I even once lost my phone in the store and they all went above and beyond to help me find it. That kind of dedication is rare. Even when it’s late, with only 10 minutes before closing time, Ailen and the staff are still there to help, with no bad faces, just smiles and great service. They all deserve recognition, and in my opinion, a well-earned pay rise. 👏
