NORMALLY SHOP IN THE COLERAINE BRANCH BUT DECIDED TO TRY LETTERKENNY B&Q. HAD PLENTY OF FLOORING IN STOCK WAS APPROACHED BUY A YOUNG LAD CALL STEPHEN SORTED OUT A TRADE ACCOUNT FOR USE AND EVERTHING ELSE A1 👍.

Super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Exactly what you expect from a hardware store this size. Our DIY projects included lots of painting of furniture, walls, ceilings etc. Rachel from the coatings dept took all the time needed to guide us through B&Q's vast selection of brands and types. Great customer orientation. Next day we had a very similar experience in the hardware and the bathroom&showers departments. Super helpful and friendly staff. It's clearly 5* for service and customer orientation.

Service is extremely slow one staff playing a game on his phone another going back and forth with bathrooms you can get staff to say take a look around move to the next. Clearly the management is very lacking where you have people wait over 20 minutes and going snails speed appalling service. You can do way better because of this I'm going somewhere else I can't be dealing with inefficiency like this.

Had to buy kitchen units, sink and countertop. Wasn’t sure what I needed or what would fit my space but the staff were so helpful and knowledgeable it made the process so easy. I got everything I needed on the trip and had great help to load the items into my vehicle properly as well. The quality of the products is excellent as well. Would highly recommend

Good Shop Here In Letterkenny That Waa A Former Homebase Location It Was Opened On 30th May 2025 The Staff Was Super Friendly This Place Sells Paints, DIY, Tools, Garden Essentials and More. I Would Visit Here Again
