Great selection of colors for exterior and interior walls. It's a shame the staff are about as helpful as a 2 year old. I waited 15 minutes for assistance to no avail and eventually left and went to woodies. The staff member on paint was on the phone the 15 minutes I was standing there and the rest were standing around chatting

Spent no less than 30 minutes, asked 5 staff members for help, one gping so far as telling me I never bought the (b&q branded) item i had in my hands in b&q, before finally having a lovely young man tell me what i was looking for was in the wrong place. 90% of the staff here are rude, unhelpful, or simply untrained.

Online orders for delivery are borderline fraud at this stage. Several online inquiries sent via online form about an order that is extremely late and not a single update about tracking nor one reply to the inquiries via email. Four phone calls to the most useless phone customer service I have ever encountered who tell me a different set of lies every time. Last option will be to dispute the payment via the bank. Extremely disappointing absolutely no customer service might as well just be scammers

We recently visited here and looking for a bathroom and kitchen products. There have a lot of choices available and impressed with their customer service. Staff very helpful, friendly and professional. They willing to help us and give some idea and guidance to choose the best products. Reasonable price and some items are discounted. There is also wheelchair friendly and accessible for wheelchair user. Definitely recommend to anyone!

Staff are extremely helpful, got a full kitchen & fitted it ourselves. Renovated the hall aswell, got tiles and everything that was needed, at a reasonable price. Now time to start on the gardens and living room, so I'll be definitely coming back soon. Always some great deals in store
