B&Q Navan

I ordered a shed from B&Q used for housing a water treatment system. The B&Q staff told me it will take two weeks to be delivered. After a week or so I received a call from Adman to say there is a 10 week lead time on all orders. Bad start as this meant pushing the install of the treatment system back. The shed came and was installed. While the guys were installing it I said to them it should probably be anchored the ground as it was a wind spot. They said there was no need to. Sure enough a few days later it gets blown over and damaged. I contacted Adman and they told me they will get someone out to fix and anchor it down. The next week the guys arrive with all the wrong bits and no anchors. The company have told me that can still come and fix it but weeks after the insulation and water treatment system is installed and live which would mean disassembling it and destroying the insulation that has to be adhered to it. Overall I would say the product is fine but the timelines and customer service is way below what you'd expect.

I highly recommend this shop and stuff working there. They have good prices/ deals. Easy to park your car. But most and foremost they have great stuff working at this shop, very helpful, well informed, friendly to customers and patient (even when I had lost of questions). Definitely my favourite shop

Update: maybe one star was too rough I am correcting to 3 as I really love my B&Q kitchen I will add that the ladies: both Megan and Rebeka who were planning the kitchen and utility room are stars and did very good job the rooms are amazing ! Functional and good quality. If it wasn’t for the system fault with ordering wrong size worktops it would be absolutely no issues situation. it seems to be the system that is not working and the lady who was dealing with complain was really not up to standard. The service support from the shop manager after 2 attempts helped with radiators delivery 6 weeks later. The worktops are still here but planned for return- second or third attempt now. All in all it all came to place but so much unnecessary stress. 1 star for the look of the kitchen I now have but everything else zero. There is no customer service . They talk to you tell you they will do something and it’s not done. We are waiting for our radiators now for weeks, no one knows no one cares. The kitchen Lady lovely person designed kitchen with 2.5 m island and the system ordered 2 m worktop because they don’t do longer…. But who cares …. So I ended up buying completely different somewhere else worktop that would work and now need to struggle ! Cause it is struggle to return the ones o have from B&Q. They support was: you can return cupboards and I will fit! Even though they planned it!

The Shop itself is fine. But the online delivery and customer care totally sucks. I ordered garden storage for a house delivery, original order was lost or delivered to somebody else. For a second it’s not a thing for 20€ , it’s 230€ order! Second delivery was supposed to be on 04.11 , the truck came to my address but B&Q Navan forgot to load my order in to the truck. Zero communication when delivery will come. No message no call before the delivery. Also no tracking on deliveries. Customer care unaware what’s happening in stores. So be careful when you ordering online from B&Q your order might be delivered somewhere else or lost in space and later you will need to fight them to return your money!

A huge store with a car park available. Great customers service. I was very impressed with the staff help and how they are listen, patient and understanding our needs. The flowers garden aria is very beautiful. I will recomand the store for anyone needs something for building, house, gardening job and not only, to visit this one first.
