Absolute pleasure to deal with. Bill the man who looked after us in store was very knowledgeable and really guided us in the right direction when picking our floor . Jamie the fitter went above and beyond the week before Christmas with tilers in the house also he did such fantastic job . Both bill and Jamie are a credit to your company . Myself and my wife recently bought a new house and we decided to renovate our 2 bathrooms. From start to finish all the team in BTW Wateford were fantastic to deal with. Arrived today at the showroom from Wexford and it was closed At 1 o clock.(Good friday) I rang the phone number and Janet answered and when she new that we had travelled from Wexford she kindly let us in. Janet was so helpfull, knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommended. THANKS Janet.
