Chadwicks Cork - Mallow

Some really great helpful staff in here. But sadly not everyone. When there are issues with faulty products they don't respond or follow up to emails and phone calls. I wouldn't bother with your local Chadwicks to sort out problems. Going directly to their head office might be the only way to get things done. CCPC need to look into Chadwicks regularly ignoring consumer legislation.

Place a order for delivery. Delivery driver claim he couldn't get in our driveway. Our drieway is huge and has had lorrys and oil tanks in it. On top of refusing to deliver our order, the driver was rude. Order from a B&Q , amazingly the lorry driver didn't haven't any issues getting in the driver and delivery the next working day. However , we did send an email complaining to the manager that day. Shop offered to send out goods next working day with a different driver but we refuse after that experience and got a refund. The manager took the complaint seriously and dealt with it in a very professional way. The day we complained, the manager was on his day off. He rang us back on his day off, listen and took action. He also made a follow up call the following working day and let us know the result of our complaint. As a result and actions of the manager ,I would shop in there again. It's very good sign of a business when they have a very professional and active manager.

First time been treated like human in a chadwicks store well done gents.

Saucing pricing, selection of plumbing equipment is decent. Staff seem stand-off-ish. If you're on a job in Mallow try get materials before going here.
