Went in a few times each time extremely uncomfortable don’t feel welcomed waiting a long time even when it is quite,waiting at the counter they just seem to pretend your not there never seem to ask can I help you heads always down I have never seen this before the most unprofessional place in cork

Never again - ordered skirting board and full payment was made. 2 days later a very short email stating the order was cancelled with not mention of a refund. It took multiple efforts to contact with zero response.

The least helpful staff anywhere. You'd better know exactly what you're looking for and be prepared for blank stares even then. I only go in if I'm stuck, and they never fail to live up to my expectations.
