I recently hired a Makita HR5212C rotary hammer from this company and was very disappointed with the condition of the tool. The drill bit was visibly worn, with broken teeth, and the machine struggled to reach proper operating speed. As a result, it took more than three hours to complete a single hole in concrete — far below the expected performance for this model. It appears the equipment had not been serviced or inspected before hire. When renting professional-grade tools, customers should be able to rely on them to perform efficiently and safely. I’d recommend that the company review its maintenance and quality-control processes to ensure tools are in suitable condition before being rented out.

Called to ask about getting a delivery of mdf. Got transfered to the counter, they never answered and hung up the phone

Never a problem from staff when you need help. David O Neill in general supplies or Peàdar in plumbing. Good choice all round.

Very bad service in the yard . In general it can take over 20 mins to offload 1 pallet ,that's even when the place is not busy. Staff to busy chatting to each other at the top of yard. Although you might have a better experience.........
