I recommend Luke highly. He is a neat and thorough painter. He prepares the wall and ceilings etc for painting thoroughly. He seals cracks, plasters over unused outlets so well that you would not know they were ever there. He was lovely to have in the house, very obliging and accommodating. He works so hard to please the customer. I give him a well deserved 5 stars 🌟
