Crafted Fitted Furniture

AVOID CFF IF YOU CAN We were forced to work with CFF Kitchens as part of our new estate, and this has been the worst experience we have had with any contractor since buying our house. We have been waiting six months for our utility room installation. After three months, an installation date was confirmed. We took a day off work, only for no one to show up and no one to inform us. We were later told—only after chasing—that the paint was done incorrectly. A second installation date followed a month later. When installers arrived, it turned out the units were measured incorrectly, so only half of the utility room was installed. We are now left missing half of what we paid for, along with unfinished fixes inside our home. CFF has since stopped replying completely. No updates, no solutions, no accountability. On top of that, the kitchen installed in July is poor quality, despite paying €1,200 extra for a “high-quality” spray finish. The paint has visible drips, scratches extremely easily, and looks badly applied. This is not acceptable workmanship. What makes this even worse is that while ignoring us, CFF continues sending out advertising emails promoting their business and showcasing jobs they claim to be delivering. Communication throughout has been shocking. Staff constantly change, no one owns the problems, and customers are left chasing for months. We paid a significant amount of money and received delays, defects, and silence. Based on our experience, we strongly warn others to avoid CFF Kitchens.

TREAD CAREFULLY!!!!!! We contracted Crafted Fitted Furniture Mallow on the 10th of September 2025 to do works for us. We paid the deposit and detailed drawings were provided by Crafted Fitted Furniture and agreed with us. When works were to commence 8 weeks later we were informed that the cost had increased by approximately 50%. It appears that Crafted Fitted Furniture had incorrectly priced the works in September. We ended up cancelling the order, receiving a refund of the deposit and starting the process again with more reliable contractors. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH CRAFTED FITTED FURNITURE!! Excellent company. Went above and beyond when we needed a kitchen fitted in a hurry and even when we needed a replacement drawer Paul sorted it out straight away. They also fitted new built in wardrobes and they are to the highest standard. Can't talk highly of Paul and crafted fitted furniture. Would highly recommend.

We recently had wardrobes fitted by Crafted Fitted Furniture, and once again, we are absolutely delighted with the results. They previously completed our kitchen and utility room, and just like before, the workmanship was outstanding. Every detail is finished to an incredibly high standard, and the quality speaks for itself. The team has been a pleasure to deal with from start to finish — professional, reliable, and so skilled at what they do. We’re genuinely so happy with everything they’ve done for us and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
