I am writing to express my outrage and deep dissatisfaction with the absolutely unacceptable level of customer service. The representative I spoke with our the phone was not only unhelpful, but blatantly rude, dismissive, and disrespectful throughout the conversation. I contacted your company expecting support and assistance, but instead I was met with an attitude that was completely unprofessional and insulting. The tone, behavior, and lack of basic courtesy shown by your staff were shocking and far below even the most basic standard of customer service. This experience has left me extremely disappointed and frustrated. It reflects very poorly on your company and makes me question whether you value your customers at all.
