I had Dean Hayden and he's crew here to strip out my old bathroom for a whole refit to make it a disabilty access toilet/ shower room they had to take down 2 walls out into my kitchen area to facilitate the bigger shower tray etc all works were done to high standard and finishes were A1 the guys were very efficient, clean and attention to detail was top notch Dean and he's crew are lovely men very accommodating in all aspects always clean up at the end of each day ,all old toiletwares were taken away ie toilet,hand sink ,shower tray at the end of their work they done a big cleanup of all areas including outside where tile cutting was done, mixing of grout etc I would have to give them a 100% mark up on all that was done here for me im absolutely delighted with the finished product again thanks Dean and crew

Was looking for a builder to put in two skylights in a kitchen and utility room and, going strictly by reviews and by the guys who actually bothered to get back to me, I decided that Dean of D Hayden Construction sounded like a good bet. Dean was absolutely excellent-he turned up when he said he would and was on time (he also cleaned up after himself and left the place spotless). The price was excellent too and he also did some extra work (installed two vent slates to ventilate the attic space and fitted an oven extractor outlet). The work was excellent-I can't praise Dean highly enough. He checked that my skylights were totally waterproof and did a fantastic job. Am over the moon with the quality of the work done. Dean is also one of the nicest people you will ever meet and goes out of his way to ensure the work is done to the highest standard. He's so down to earth and friendly and completely professional, the work he did was top standard and I've no doubts I'll have no problems with the skylights leaking or anything. He also comes back to you every time and keeps you updated if he can't make it on a particular day or will be late. The fact that I'll call on Dean and his team again for any more building work is proof enough that I'm delighted with the quality of his work and I honestly can't recommend him highly enough. 100% recommend Dean of D Hayden Construction-a lovely, honest, hardworking guy who's decent and straight up-I'm very happy to have found him and will definitely call on him again for any more building work I may have in the future. Hired Dean & his crew to do work on a large garden shed / man cave. Clean-up, assessment, concrete, woodwork... All of great quality. His communication is excellent as well. Definitely recommend his services.
