If you are thinking about buying a Pellet Stove from here please beware. My elderly parents have had 2 years of headaches due to D&S. Their customer service is beyond terrible. Manager Stephen is practically un-contactable & is rarely on the premises according to staff. After sales is non-existent. Quite happy to take money but that’s where the customer service stops. Also the installation service they provide is incredibly poor. The technician R*y C*nnolly caused damage while installing the stove & didn’t admit to it. Pipes were installed incorrectly with almost zero clearance for maintenance & cleaning. Also ignores phone calls. Has now blocked my mother's phone calls. I would suggest to avoid at all costs. Not possible to give 0 stars.
Purchased our insert stove from the lads at D&S Hardware and was thoroughly impressed with the level of knowledge from the sales assistants. Was very thorough with the process and took a lot of time going through different options. First class service and have returned numerous times since
