The very WORST serviice I have ever experianced... Wanted assistance buying paint. Asked a guy in hi- vis sitting in customer service desk... he told me No there was nobody there to help Asked another lady milling around for help she also said No. Someone was on their break... She said I can complain to management if I wanted... Seriously need to up yer act . Its a disgrace.... Have to give credit to the lads in the builders supply dept... Maybe they could give lessons to the rest

Good shop with good selection of household, DIY and builders providers. Most staff friendly but some v unfriendly, unhelpful. The day I shopped I spotted approx 14 staff on floor duty, not counting office staff, management etc. appeared to be top heavy in supervisors trying to look purposeful. Reminiscent of soviet era .so if u think some if the prices are high.......
