Exceptional service. From first point of contact to completing of work it was stress free. The standard of customer service and aftercare provided by the team is sonething you dont find very often anymore. Shauna was amazing helping me to choose the right door and very patient as I was quite indecisive. Never once did she rush me to make a decision but offered advice and suggestions allowing me to take my time. Also, I should mention the importance of good fitting as you can spend a fortune on a door but if its not fitted well you are throwing away money. Vernon takes enormous pride when fitting and has incredible attention to detail. I had just repainted my hall and kitchen and expected to have to patch around the new door but he did it so meticulously I didnt even need to touch it up. I replaced front and back door and my mum also decided to replace hers after seeing the quality of work and hassle free experience. Dont bother considering anywhere else if you're considering buying new doors. Big thank you to everyone at Doors and Floors naas.

Absolutely delighted with my composite front door, shauna was very helpful and vernons workmanship is top, cant compare... If you looking for a new door, dont hesitate, i choosed them after a good few quotes and site visits, but prefered doors and floors, after all the positive reviews on workmanship, after sales and cost. I contacted Shauna in Doors and Floors Naas after being let down badly by another company for a new front door. From start to finish this company was exceptional. Shauna went through all of the options patiently with me and answered any queries I had promptly. I decided on the door I wanted and everything happened when she said it would. Vernon and Gary installed our new front door on Friday and it is just beautiful. No more cold drafts and I am thrilled with it. I will definitely be going back to doors and floors when I am replacing my patio door in the future. Excellent company.
