Dulux Decorator Centre Tallaght

Not recommended at all. Dulux Decorators may offer good products, but the customer service was extremely poor. The salesperson was uninterested, unhelpful, and made us feel completely unwelcome. We only completed the purchase because we were already at the till and didn’t want to create an embarrassing situation. If not for that, we would have walked out. We’ll be choosing other shops from now on — especially since the next store we visited gave us far better guidance and support in selecting the right products.

The man attending was rude. I understand that the paint is completely different in other places, and it was as simple as explaining it. Even if I know he could explain the difference between Dulux ther and Dulux in other shops, he could have been just more customer service focused. He helped us decide easily to go somewhere else to get the paint for our whole house. Pity, cause we could have spent it there. Find better employees!! It wasn't a young fella also, so he should have some experience.

When undertaking a worthwhile painting project where considerable effort goes into the surface preparation , masking, etc. I always find it worthwhile to travel to the Dulux Decorator Centre , where I can have exactly the paint I desire mixed, and from my experience this is done with precision by those who know what they are doing from their vast daily experience. The end product always seems far superior to anything bought off the shelf in coverage and long-term durability. I always describe to the staff members that I meet the specifics of the job that I am undertaking, and they recommend a particular product, and they outline the reason for their decisions and I have found this to be most helpful and in my experience, always correct. I have always found it most satisfying when I look at a completed project over time, and I know that it has been done in the best possible way.

I left two tester pots on the desk and walked out of store today as staff behind desk totally ignored me. I was invisible to them. Too busy chatting to each other. Shocking attitude. Needless to say I won`t be back or indeed using Dulux paint.
