EZ Living Furniture - Tullamore

Bought a bed here recently, staff were lovely. Bed arrived in store as they said it would. Absolutely very easy to deal with. Would definitely return.

Great instore service. Last year reno ated the bedroom and spent north of 2k just on a bed and matress. This year again amazing instore service. Staff was extremely helpful. However bought a few stuffs on the 18th of August only being delivered today 09th September. Got a call about a week after purchase to organise delivery and was told they only deliver once a weekand I should be considered licky am getting the 9th September slot. Was told the Furniture would be delivered between 07:00 to 9:00 a.m. and if I cancel there would be a €65.00 charge. Today I get a call around 8:30 being told they will be late and bothing can be done about it. I had a tough time getting someone to fill in for me at work so I could stay till 9:00 a.m. It feels once you pay them you do not matter anymore you do not have a life, tbey are the only ones working and the knly ones who are busy. Cherry on the cake. I deive by gbeir Tullamore storeroom/warehouse a couple of times a week and its barely a 10 mknutes drive from whefe I am.

Purchased easily online, delivered so quickly too. Images and measurements were so accurate. Highly recommend!

Terrible experience in this store 😩 I went in with my two very excited little girls to look at new bedroom furniture for their rooms. It was clearly lunchtime & no one else was in there so we took our opportunity to brouse. Just as we were leaving we were intersected by the so called manager and hunted out of the store because we didn't have "an appointment". I was shocked at first then mortified and my girls were visibly upset by encounter. I couldn't believe what just happened. The man spoke to us like we were breaking the law or something - it was horrible and I hope I never encounter him again tbh! Now, I totally understand appointments must be made & believe me I will never make that misjudgement again! However, EZ Living is getting 1 star from me because of how demeaning the manager was to me & my children. There was absolutely no need for it & I've even avoided going into woodies because of it. Truly a terrible experience. Particularly in these times when we have no where else to go for a bit of excitement! Having said all this I do hope this man gets the proper training in customer relations that he needs & this kind of episode fails to repeat itself in future.

The staff were so nice and helpful .shop is very well stocked with gud quality products.
