Great service from Company in Tralee. Tom was most helpful and obliging.

Purchased a carpet from this seller in Tralee a while back. Carpet good but problem with underlay. The underlay is made from recycled materials but was not up to standard, it har small hard chunks of plastic in it and hurts your feet if you walk on it in bare feet. Brought this to the attention of Tom the preproitor, who was no help at all but did know that the fitters had complained about the underlay in the past but clearly failed to resolve the issue. Tom should not be selling anything as he lacks the ability to deal with a customer with an issue. Good news is ,,, I contacted Colin in Killarney. A different man altogether, an absolute dream to deal with. Go the extra miles and purchase from Colin in the Killarney branch who understands customers unlike Tom in Tralee. I still love with the sitting room underlay but Colin was able to accommodate me with a deal for my stairs carpet in respect of the substandard underlay issue. Thank you Colin.

There wasn't any issue with the quality of the product I ordered (herringbone laminate flooring). However, please do not take their recommendation on tradesmen to install the flooring. I did and ended up having a bad experience. The tradesmen got me to order far too much flooring than what was needed (at my expense). They then attempted to install the floor but it became clear they didn't know what they were doing and left the job half way through. They wasted a lot of materials in the process (again, at my expense) and were rude. In the end I managed to find someone else to clean up their mess. When I queried their recommendation, Factory Carpets did not accept any responsibility. The floor was only about 20sqy but up taking months to get sorted. I don't like leaving a bad review but really don't want anyone else to have the same experience.

A great job done it didn't take them too long to do this maybe 40 mins tops & I got the carpet with an underlay & the thicker lino without underlay they got both the carpet & lino into all the awkward spots very very neatly and I'd definitely go with them again

Excellent service from Tom in the store. He was extremely helpful and a gentleman. And a super job done today from the guy's who came to do the floor. Would highly recommend this place
