Excellent service in an urgent situation. From the time I ordered on the phone, my bed was brought from another branch, delivered and assembled within 4 days - including the weekend. It's my 2nd big purchase from FKS. Highly recommended. Quality, price and seamless delivery by their own team.

very cozy store with a good selection of furniture and reasonable prices. the employees were helpful and the owner was v charming. bed arrived slightly ahead of time & the assembly lads were v nice and helped out with disassembly of old bed & finished quickly. very positive experience overall 👍

From browsing to delivery I've had the loveliest shopping experience with Flanagan Kerins Furniture store in Bray. They know Furniture and they get to know You. I began with a visit to their shop in Bray checking out the enormity of their display. The staff are so helpful listening to your needs and providing their expertise effortlessly. My shop visit was tuned to perfection with Jo their superb interior designer . Jo followed up my shop visit with a zoom call to visualise the space in our home so that the furniture was not only perfect in design and colour but a perfect fit for the designated space too. The delivery of the furniture was from Dublin to Donegal and mirrored the Professionalism of the Flanagan Kerrin team . The delivery was timed perfectly . The furniture was carefully boxed and labelled for the designated rooms. The delivery lads Clive, Mick and Alex were so friendly and super efficient. They assembled the furniture with such care and disposed of all the packaging. And so to conclude, even the lamps delivered had bulbs in them. Such is the attention to detail of the Flanagan Kerins Furniture team. A big big Thank- you to All the team . As a Customer I felt you Listened and you really really Cared.

We had a lovely experience with Flanagan Kerins. During our purchase, there was an unexpected hiccup- a system error had resulted in the couch we selected being double sold. It was definitely disappointing at first, especially since we’d been looking forward to having at least a couch in time for visiting family. That said, the team (Damian, Lynn & Alex) handled it with kindness and understanding, and ultimately helped us find a beautiful alternative that we love even more. We really appreciated how accommodating and solution-focused they were throughout the process. Even the delivery men were kind. It’s clear they care about their customers and stand behind the quality of their service and furniture. Thanks so much for helping us with our first major piece of furniture.

The best furniture shop I’ve ever been to! Spacious but not overwhelming like IKEA is. Very reasonable pricing considering the quality! The sales people (Alex I was dealing with)were friendly and well versed, not too pushy, I didn’t feel under pressure to purchase straight away. Their website I found very useful beforehand. I wanted to come in store to see in person and I was not disappointed. The mixture of fresh, modern pieces with a splash of vintage and quirky bits… I felt excited and inspired walking around the showroom discovering more interesting beautiful things around every corner. Also, the cafe upstairs is well worth the visit alone! Excellent coffee, sandwiches and cakes. I’d give this place 6 stars if I could!
