Bought a DeWalt drill there on a Thursday, but not the model I wanted(my mistake), went back the following day and they changed it for me without a bother, and discounted the small price difference. Super, super service, and serving the people of Cork for generations.

Excellent service, quick delivery, good prices and, maybe most importantly, quick problem resolution.

It took this company 2months from first point of contact to collect my damaged drill. After several calls and emails they finally collected my item... then lost my drill and battery on transport!! I only got a replacement because I annoyed them so much. 4months later... avoid this company. My advice is dont go near this place! Cheaper and more professional company's out there.

I don't live in the area so my only experience of their service relates to their service as warranty agents in Ireland for Worx robot lawnmowers. I had an issue and Clark's service was excellent with the mower being picked up and returned fixed within a week.

Stay well clear of De Walt ,pure Chinese garbage in essence your buying black &Decker rebranded in yellow . Multi.tool 🛑given up the will to live Battery PKS refusing to charge This after 6 months ,moved from Makita a huge mistake on our part .even do still under Warranty I couldn't be bothered,you don't expect things to go wrong after 6 months .
