Ganlys of Athlone

I had a wonderful experience at Ganly’s,Athlone. The store was massive with an impressive variety of products, making it a great place to shop. Scott, who was working there, made my visit even more purposeful with his excellent customer service and strong job knowledge. He was genuinely kind, attentive, and an absolute treat to deal with. A truly pleasant visit .Scott is a real asset to the team🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

All in all, a very frustrating experience. Their level of customer service is simply unacceptable. If the store is happy to take customers’ money, they should also invest in teaching their incompetent staff what real customer service looks like. Being “busy” is not an excuse—everyone else has jobs and commitments too, and people’s time is equally valuable. and this isn’t the first time I’ve dealt with that here.

Great service, the staff have huge product knowledge, and are very helpful. Michael and his family have done a fantastic job in maintaining such a high quality business in Athlone for 30 plus years. Too your continued success!!

Excellent place to visit. I shop here every 2 to 3 weeks. The is always kept tidy and cleaned. Stock looks amazing. Great value for money. Staff are amazing too
