Garden Centre by Homebase (inside The Range) - Drogheda

Bought a new Christmas tree this afternoon in the Range Drogheda. The staff were so helpful and particularly the Slim dark haired man who has an earring. Gave great help and we really appreciated it. Ten out of Ten for customer service on a very busy Sunday afternoon. 👏👏👏

Good selection of Christmas items. Not impressed with the checkout system. One has to walk past the tills to go to the end and then turn the corner and walk back.

Two months chasing to buy a 2 set's of "Liliana" ceiling light, multiple times did ask staff, they checked stock on device, said 3 of them should be in stock, but there is none, so seems staff have a zero interest in what actuall stock they do have. So they ether need to order them, or take it of display... Disappointed.

This is absolutely shocking. I dont understand how there is so many positive reviews regarding this place. Im so used to the other stores up north, but when i heard there was one in drogheda, i got very excited. But that was definitely not lived up to. We walked in and half the shelves were empty, stock all over the floors, no signage, no aisles listed, no prices and false stock advertising and prices. Very little staff around, only one till open and the floor is still a disgrace and hasnt been touched or cleaned since it was homebase. Stains if dirt everywhere, shop not set up at all properly, and nowhere near organised. At least in the stores things are together and you have an idea where you’re going. Not here. It was an absolute maze to figure out how to get around the half open boxes in the middle of the floor still wrapped in tape and some even spilling out. There was empty aisles everywhere, nowhere near cleaned and the staff were not doing anything and not helpful at all. This is one of the biggest let downs I’ve ever experienced and I Am never going back until there is serious improvement both aesthetics, staff customer service, and actually making a half decent department store. There is no way this store lasts a few more months unless they seriously pick up there act.

The shop is only opened a few weeks and I've already bought more than I care to admit... The prices here are very reasonable and cheaper than some of the other big stores that sell the same or similar items. Great selection of home and garden supplies and decorations. The garden section is huge and not expensive. They unit itself is big and bright. I also have to say that the staff here are fantastic. Very helpful and friendly
