We were promised fitting on either Friday or the following Monday. It didn't happen, and nobody phoned to arrange another date. We had to phone to find out what was going on. The carpet was fitted on the Tuesday, and we were very happy with the work.

Fast efficient & very high quality stairs carpet. Well affixed to stairs with top quality underlying felt to give a lovely soft feel underfoot. Just disappointed we didnt get this earlier, transformed the stairs and covers those day to day knocks and marks. Highly advised, great service and very reasonable.
