The lady who's works there, couldn't understand English. I showed her my broken Door Lock, and asked her, if they have the same type. She could understand nothing. And the manager came, I showed her the lock. Yes we have those. I mentioned, I'm looking for this type. She replied: well that's the only one we have. If you don't know what products do you have at your store, don't be rude. And I hope, the next staff, will understand English

This store is convenient in Cork's city center but it is expensive. Unfortunately for my wife and I, this is the only close place to go and get what we need for fixing things in the house. A good thing is that the people working there are very helpful and seem to know their way around the store. They help with any questions you may have regarding fixes and what to use for your project needs. Besides the high prices, this is a good store.

They have everything in the shop!! Every single time I have to look for something for the house I find it here. From things for your garden, paint, decoration, kitchen utensils… The staff is super nice and helpful.

Today I was in the store with friend around 17:40 ,15/08/2025.Lady working on the till was so rude ,not interested to help at all, we wanted to buy drill doesn't matter on price,she was avoiding us.I think that's very bad customer servise and she should change the job as this is obviously not for her. For sure ,I wouldn't like to go back there. unfortunately
