While the store is undeniably beautiful and the offerings are high-end, the prices are definitely on the steeper side. Funny thing there were three of us in the group, all actively looking for furniture, and we actually drove out from Limerick based on a glowing recommendation from a family member who has pretty much furnished her entire house from here. That’s why it was a bit disappointing to feel that the staff weren’t particularly welcoming. It felt like we were expected to already know the products, and when we asked questions especially about delivery timelines it came across as though we were bothering them. We asked about a particular couch and got answers, but there was no effort to show us other options or suggest alternatives. As they say, “Don’t judge a book by its cover.” The store looks stunning, but the service didn’t quite live up to the first impression. First time in store not sure would return. Reading some of the reviews you can see people are mention the same thing about the staff.

This was a super store to find really unique pieces at an affordable price... The pieces are still unique to a large extent however the prices have increased somewhat, which kind of takes away from the whole shopping experience Stumbled across this some years back and purchased some really good stuff, last two visits have walked away empty handed as it's just too expensive

This is the best decorated store I’ve ever seen!!! Everything is very beautiful… I recommend this place!
