Room for improvement. I ordered some cable warning tape a number of weeks ago. Didn't receive any tracking info and order never showed up. Contacted Icon to see if they could locate it and couldn't. The staff that I spoke to over phone and email have been very polite. That said, I am still yet to receive a refund after chasing up on a number of occasions. Ended up having to raise it as a chargeback with my bank.
MPG Ironworks have been a customer for 10+ years and have found Icon to be extremely helpful in sourcing & supplying our fasteners. If they don't have what we need in there extensive stock, they will do everything to source it. I would highly recommend Stephen and his team. I've always found them to be very helpful.
Absolutely brilliant place - I can’t recommend it enough. I had a strange request for some bolts to fit a telescope mount and they took me down to the storeroom and found a bolt to fit it - then didn’t even charge me. I’ll definitely be back - thank you!
