My first time in Brady’s today and was served by Matt Lynch who had a great level of product knowledge. Grateful for his time as I needed guidance on some product choices.

Wanted to buy a Pergola so went to till to pay, was told to drive around back so they could load. Back door visible from where I was standing. Multiple staff conversations later, the display model was all that’s left. Fair enough we’ll take it. Bought it and got it 15 mins later round the back. In a Random oversized bag, with no accessories or tie downs. Brought back to front desk, because missing pins and string and original packaging, paid full price for new. Got nothing but excuses and how I was getting a good deal. Don’t even come with pins apparently or accessories and the bag I was given with was worth 25€. Bargain I had. Full price for a Second hand Pergola not in Original packaging and no pins or tie down pack. Which came with every other pergola I ever bought and the original carry bag. But anyways the staff weren’t entertaining, multiple people involved. The whole floor. But it was still a brand new Pergola according to them even if it was dirty and bad stains. Never mind the oversized bag and no accessories. Wouldn’t budge on price, brand new so it was. Glad they refunded though. But I guess what they say About Cavan people is true.
