Jacqui considered sustainability and the circular economy when she decorated my home, she is passionate about taking existing 'loved' pieces and reworking them into her design, she creates an atmosphere that is unique and reflects the homeowners sensibilities. Jacqui incorporates upcycling of furniture to ensure sustainability. My home is a beautiful little cottage beside the sea, although I love the area in which I live, I must admit I spent years trying to make sense of the small space, most of the time I had to trade luxury so I could 'fit' everything I needed in each tiny room. I then decided to retain the interior designer, Jacqui Prior. What did I discover? Well for one its actually cost effective to hire a designer such as Jacqui, she ensures what you already have is used where possible, and that is a massive cost saver! When it comes to understanding spaces, she is a genius, knowing how to fit what is needed to create each room, I would suggest this is one of her truly unique talents, along with her ability to understand the homeowners color and atmosphere style unique to them, she knows what is good for you. So I now have a beautiful living room, kitchen, dining room and home office all within a 16 ft by 21ft, and the best part...without compromising luxury!!! My bedroom is a sanctuary where I retire to each evening, surrounded by what luxury means to me and an atmosphere of security and peace, recharging me to face the following day. I highly recommend getting an interior designer for the above mentioned reasons, I highly recommend Jacqui, she takes the time to understand you and you are left with a home you feel proud of, feel secure in and energized to take on each day.
