Excellent phone and personal service as usual
Is there anything of a diy nature that this shop cannot provide you with? In many years of doing home diy I've never found anything they couldn't provide a fix for - if there wasn't a direct solution avalable then the very resourceful staff were always able to suggest a workaround. It's a treasure - long may it last!
The shop assistants are not only very friendly, but also resourceful and often help me to solve practical problems effectively.It's an amazing store.
