Very early stage but so far Joe has been great to work with, following up and sending over samples of previous work that matches what we are trying to do. Looking forward to working with him and his team.

Our experience with Joe Follon was highly unprofessional. After paying the deposit, he came for a brief visit and then left his assistant to speak with us. I had some legitimate, detailed questions about our project's technical aspects (roofing, ventilation, etc.), but instead of follow up, Joe later called to abruptly cancel our engagement. His excuse was a 'tight budget,' which was completely false as we had never discussed our budget. ​When I tried to get a straight answer, he was evasive and eventually admitted in an email that he prefers clients who offer 'no input' other than the initial design brief. This suggests he is unwilling to engage with clients who want to be involved in the details of their own project. If you're a client who asks questions and wants to understand the technical side of your build, Joe Follon may not be the right architect for you.

Joe Fallon Design truly brought our dream home to life! From the initial concepts to the final touches, their team was incredibly collaborative and insightful.
