Great service email in a query got a response quickly and then a phone call from Pat who was very friendly and helpful. Ordered at lunchtime on Saturday and arrived Tuesday morning. Couldn't fault the service from start to finish will definitely use them again.

My first time ordering from here and the product arrive 2 days later but unfortunately i wasn't happy with how the items were sent out, it cost 160e and no bubble wrap too protect it no box like the item was picked from shelf and just put into a box and posted out too me now it was a drill and battery which given how much I paid I would have expected it to be properly packed. The box got damaged in transit which I know isn't the shops fault these things happen but my whole point is the drill should have been packed properly and then posted out. I won't put me off ordering online but a little more effort needs too go into packing up orders.

Absolutely fantastic to deal with. Couldn't believe how easy they made it and how fast my item was posted. Item arrived in perfect condition and really well packaged, considering my items were long fluorescent bulbs. Highly recommend. A1
