Johnstone's Decorating Centre

I have had a very negative experience in this store this morning. As soon as I walked in the guy had no time for me and was very unapproachable and unpleasant. He directed me to a web site and didn't engage whatsoever and didn't make me feel like I should ask him anything. I stood waiting for help and hoping I could talk to the guy and possibly purchase some colours. The next 2 customers that came in behind me were delt with in a much different manner as I stood there waiting for his time and assistance. I eventually just left feeling very rattled and upset. I feel like he didn't take me seriously or value my custom. God knows why but it was a very unpleasant experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

I went in ur clonmel store today to get some colour ideas for my new home,shop was extremely busy but the young guy,who appeared to be on his own,got thru each customer without hesitation and was very quick and efficient.any question i asked he was very knowledgeable about what paint colour would suit furniture and room size etc considering he told me he wasn't at the job very long but loved what he does.i think his name was James.hes a very polite and witty young man and a great asset to ur team.

The best place to visit and shop for anything to do with paint or anything you will need to do painting, most helpful and friendly staff.

Great store and excellent staff be sure to use again.

This is an excellent shop to buy your painting supplies. The prices are reasonable, and the products are of good quality. Staff are friendly and helpful. This is my go to place anytime i am painting. One issue that I appreciated was that there was no film in the paint which you sometimes get. I hate getting those annoying bits on the roller. I highly recommend Johnstone's Decorating Centre.
