I've been buying my paint from Edel at JDC since they opened a few years back. It's where the professionals in the area go for their paint and the Avid DIY enthusiasts like myself. The paint is expensive compared to the same quantity but not quality of the warehouse shops but that's not a problem. You definitely pay for what you get. All paints are not the same and I'm happy to buy good paint thats nice and thick. The reason that I'm taking the time to write this review is the excellent customer service that I receive every time. Most of the time everything runs smoothly and sometimes I get things wrong. Recently I bought a royal blue exterior wood paint from Edel and I was convinced in the shop that it was the colour that I was looking for. After I bought the paint and 5 minutes of painting, I realised that I needed a much darker paint and instead of buying another tin, Edel tried to remix my paint to the new darker navy shade and after a number of attempts she nailed it! As far as I'm concerned colour tinting for customers who have bought the wrong colour paint is not part of the shops service but Edel did this for me which went above & beyond. You can tell that she's both an expert in her field and a true professional. 10 out of 10!

Excellent paint shop that stocks all sorts of specialist coatings. Fair prices. Good for the professional and diy'er alike. Adele is very friendly and helpful. Never to busy, in and out quickly. Good parking.
