I am a regular customer,would usually deal with one of the lads, Keith i think his name is who would go above and beyond, to help, advise and mix colours for me, no issues.My mother has dealt with the same guy when painting the house from top to bottom. He sorted all of the materials required instore for her....and was so so helpful, today however, horrible experience with "Jen", who couldn't have been more patronising and rude if she tried. I left the store, composed myself,and went back in, she sneered had an AWFUL attitude, and could really do with some customer service skills.I ended up leaving with nothing...... Will possibly deal with someone else going forward, or buy my paint elsewhere.

Never had a bad experience buying paint before, but there you go... brought home gone off paint not once but twice. The smell of it all over the house. Only to be told by their customer service it was not their fault. I wouldn't recommend this brand of paint. if you can find a similar colour of another brand, go for it instead.
