Customer Reviews
Forget about buying large items from this store. They wouldn't help past the door. They also wouldn't let me borrow the hand trolley unless my car was parked immediately outside the shop. I had to move my car which was parked on the same level by the way. This was obviously this specific store policy as different staff said the same thing. Fyi I bought 2 of the same items from jysk in liffey valley and the staff helped bring the items to my car.
Not impressed with customer service at this store. Bought a very bulky furniture item today and the guy who brought it from the warehouse refused to bring it past the door of the shop to my car about 30 meters away. I got help from a very kind member of the public.
I ordered two items that were out of stock and got a message that my order was ready for pickup. When I arrived only one item was there and now I have to wait another ten days for the other. They also tried to charge me more than the discounted price but I noticed on the receipt and got a refund. Very disappointing experience.
I’ve ordered click and collect twice from this branch and so far and both times they were not available for pickup when I went to the store. The first time the store manager kindly gave me the display unit with a discount and the second time they only had one of the two items that they had already emailed me to say were ready for pickup. They really have to do a better job with their inventory. If items are not available then please let costumers know to do go for shipping rather than wasting time collecting non existent inventory.
I had to visit JYSK 3 times because of a faulty air-bed. Each time the service got worse and worse. By the 3rd visit, the staff were either willing to help but couldn't (at the til) or unwilling to help and uninterested (the assistant manager). I was not offered a partial refund; they wouldn't even test a replacement to see if it would work. Added to this, the shop is very difficult to find, and the phone number is not for the store but for a central customer-service desk. (Based on my experience, the staff on the central desk don't communicate with the staff in the store.) The only good thing about JYSK is the low prices. But if you're getting a terrible customer service - and possibly a faulty product - you pay in other ways.
