I have shopped here before and been somewhat satisfied. On this occasion the Carlow store made it very difficult to buy this item. Staff told me that I would not get a full refund if I opened the box, which is incorrect both legally and practically; How would you know if its in the box, never mind faulty, unless you open the box?. In addition the bed didn't come in a box, making that bit of the "debate" an entire waste of time, it came in see-through wrapping. The bed is overpriced, I have previously purchased a similar bed from Aldi for under 70 euros, and the fixtures and fittings leave a lot to be desired. Specifically the nuts supplied to hold the bed to the legs should have been nylon lock nuts, otherwise they will just work loose. Also, no washers are provided, so I suggest you be prepared to buy these separately rather than use the ones supplied. This store is a complete mess. Both the employees and the manager are equally at fault. I purchased the bed on October 10, 2025, and then waited over a month for delivery. The delivery should be November 03,2025 after that they told me the bed was not ordered and didnt arrived. On November 17, 2025, the bed arrived damaged. The delivery came late ...whole day wanting and waisted my working day...no one will pay me for day of they should be around 1 and arrived 17.48 another joke !!!! I reported it, but no one has even responded to my email with photos of the damage. Today is November 27, 2025. I was supposed to receive replacement parts. The store manager and the employees responsible for my order should be held responsible and accountable for my waiting time, nerves, and stress. I paid €1000 +fee for delivery I do not recommend it.

Really worth a visit. A great store. Great value. Fantastic choices. Great gift ideas. Staff couldn't do enough for you. So helpful. Nice atmosphere in the store. Wheelchair accessible. Great parking.

Lovely staff, the shop is well laid out. I've never had to queue for long and minimal waiting time for collecting larger items from the back of the store.
