I strongly recommend never ordering online. The delivery takes far too long and it’s just not worth the wait. That being said, the in-store customer service is excellent and the prices are great. If you’re thinking about buying something, I highly recommend going directly to the store instead of ordering online. I would have saved a lot of time if I had read the reviews beforehand.

Oh my god the worst! People working here are soo ridiculously rude and obnoxious. If only I could give 0 stars. I have been to this location twice and both times I have left frustrated. The last time I was there, I took a basket off of the shelf to buy, and a worker came up to me, snatched the basket out of my own hands with no speaking, came back and said with awful attitude that the item could not be sold to me as there are none left, makes no sense given the fact I had one in my hands! Such rude people, you won’t see me back there. Terrible customer service.

I bought a bed base from JYSK and unfortunately had issues with the delivery — it took almost 40 days to receive any feedback about the delivery status, which led me to cancel the purchase and choose another product. Despite this, I would like to highlight the excellent customer service in the store. I was always very well assisted by Alexia, who was extremely attentive and helpful. When I needed to cancel the order, both she and the store manager, Lily, resolved the situation quickly and professionally. I would also like to praise the warehouse staff, who were very friendly and helpful whenever I needed assistance. Even with the initial issue, I would definitely shop there again, mainly because of the great service and dedication of the staff.

Worst customer service experience ever. Carefully selected two duvets, stayed in queue to reach the counter and the counter lady told me we cannot sell it to you because we have misplaced our key to the taglock attached to the duvets. Advised me that I could pay and then take it to their Tallaght store to get it open if I really wish to buy. It seems its run by amateurs who doesnt know a thing about customer service.

Absolute waste of service we could say. Worst service ever. Saw all these bad reviews before and expected bad. But believe us, this place is has absolute meaning for worst customer service. They take the order like they are paying us for the same. Never recommended UNLESS the thing u r looking for is only available here. The product was completely damaged and they said it was just the box. We wanted to see the product and when we opened, as expected the product was damaged. We placed the order online and we see this after coming in the shop. “Either you take it or we can refund the price” that’s what the lady in the front told us. And the refund will take another 5-6 business days they told. In their website they told 2 pieces left. But guess what 🥴 HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOUR
