I came from Cavan to Monaghan specifically to buy folding chairs. The chairs were placed on the top shelf. I asked the salesperson if I could take a closer look to check the quality and see if they suited me. The answer was simply “no” — he said he couldn’t get the chair down. That was it. End of the conversation. Customer service: 0.

Terrible service! When I ordered, they told me it would be delivered in two weeks. The following week, I called to confirm delivery, and they told me it would take another two weeks. When we buy large furniture, we always plan when it will arrive so we can set up the room. The manager's attitude was terrible. She didn't try to resolve the issue. She said she didn't manufacture the furniture and that she just worked there. If you can wait, you can wait, but if you can't, you can return it. Did I have to wait two weeks for a return? I hope my issue can be resolved!

ZERO STARS! I had issues getting a product ordered in, there were significant delays but regardless of this, the reason for my poor review is because of the behaviour of a member of staff. It is not going too far to suggest that they were verbally abusive to me, certainly, they used a lot of foul language. Emmett **** is the staff member in question and quite frankly he is not suited for a position wherein he has to deal with the public, a rude and condescending young man who will undoubtedly cost the company more business in the long run. I won't be back in store.
